Chia Seed Hazelnut Pudding
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking: 20 minutes or overnight
Servings: 12 portions
800g – hazelnut milk (or coconut if you prefer)
160g – chia seeds
4 orange – juice and zest
4 tbsp – honey
4 tbsp – raw cacao powder
10 – figs diced and stem removed
2 tbsp – cinnammon
40g – coconut flakes
Add the hazelnut milk to Chia seeds in a container, mix well and leave 20 minutes or overnight. Add the other ingredients and more hazelnut milk if a little thick. Transfer to serving bowl or plate and garnish with orange zest, cacao nibs & coconut flakes.
